Céline Le Flour is completing her Master’s degree at Sciences Po Strasbourg (France) in International Relations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Strasbourg where she led sociological research with asylum seekers.
As an intern at the Hugo Observatory, she is working on migration as an adaptation strategy to climate change and the interactions between climate change and migration governance, notably in the frame of the Making Migration Work for Adaptation to Environmental Changes (MIGRADAPT) project.
